Simon has over 10 years experience working in the Irish Motor Industry and has previously held the position of HR Manager with the SIMI (Society of the Irish Motor Industry.)

Before joining Start Monday Simon held a number of senior HR and Organisational Development positions with companies throughout Ireland and the UK. Among these organisations include Arvato AG, Balfour Beatty, Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson Controls, Keelings and Nationwide UK.

Simon specialises in senior automotive appointments and is actively working with some of the industry's leading dealership groups and distributors to help fill key leadership positions.

Simon is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and is a massive Liverpool fan.

Having spent over 5 years working as Press Officer with the SIMI (Society of the Irish Motor Industry), Suzanne has developed deep sectoral knowledge and has established an extensive network of contacts in the Motor industry.

In late 2014, Suzanne recognised a requirement for a dedicated recruitment offering within the Irish Motor Industry. This was initially borne out of contacts received from senior automotive talent returning from abroad who were looking for introductions with Hiring Managers.

Since then, Suzanne has been responsible for Start Monday's operational management, business development and establishing its strong online presence.

Suzanne is a graduate of Dublin Business School and is a huge foodie.
